6.DELIVERY POLICY After payment confirmation, roadside café will call the customers to confirm the orders before proceeding with the delivery. Upon delivery, customer shall pay in cash all fees and charges (minimum order is AED 50) incurred in connection with the order, including any and all applicable taxes. Alternately, while placing the order on the roadside café website, customers may choose the online payment option, upon which they shall be redirected to an external payment gateway, on which they are required to follow the payment gateway’s separate instructions for effecting online payment. Roadside café shall deliver order to the delivery address provided. An estimated delivery time of 40 to 45 minutes on areas within 7km from the cafe but delivery times shall vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g. order quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.). The delivery time provided is only an estimate and orders may arrive earlier or later. To ensure that customers do not miss a delivery of an order, customer should ensure that someone is at the delivery location to receive the orders.
7.PAYMENT CONFIRMATION Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the customers via email provided.
8.REFUND POLICY No refunds (whether in whole or in part) will be issued to the customers after confirmation of orders from customer.
9.CANCELLATION POLICY No option of cancellation after confirmation of orders from the customers
